After buying multiple other homes I can confidently say that Cindy was the best agent that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire experience was extremely stress free and pleasant. I believe that Cindy truly went above and beyond all expectations. She was able to listen to all of our needs and truly tailer herself to fit whatever needs arose. It is very apparent that Cindy cares deeply for her profession and every client that she works with. I cannot recommend her enough for all of your home needs.

Cindy did an amazing job helping us sell our home. She knew the market well, gave us honest feedback, and always negotiated on our behalf. I would recommend her to everyone.

Being first-time sellers in a tricky market had me pretty worried, but she really knew what she was doing and always gave honest advice when I had questions. When our first offer hit an unexpected snag, Cindy's marketing skills and market knowledge helped us land an even better option within just a few days. She was always reachable and really listened to our concerns throughout the whole thing.

We had such a great experience selling our home thanks to Cindy. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, communicative, and knowledgeable about the market. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process and made sure we felt confident in all of our decisions. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond—whether it was helping us prep the home for listing, coordinating seamlessly, or advocating for us. She was always one step ahead and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart. We always felt like a priority, and it showed in the final outcome. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My daughter, son-in-law, and I decided to sell our two houses, and buy a larger house to live together. Cindy was absolutely great in helping us sell our two homes and in finding a larger home more suitable for our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling real estate!

With the goal of combining households, Cindy achieved miracles in selling our house, Mom's house, and found The Perfect House for all of us. No one knows the market better than she does! She communicated so much knowledge but in a way that showed us all the pertinent considerations. She went above and beyond our expectations. Mom's house needed some renovation to improve marketability and Cindy's connections had everything done in two weeks!! Both homes sold within a very short time, especially considering the current market. Her negotiating skills are seriously impressive. Her patience with clueless clients (us:) is never-ending. She knows everything there is to know in managing a home sale and purchase from beginning to end. Moving is inherently a stressful process but Cindy made it such a pleasant experience. We not only had an experienced realtor, we gained a wonderful new friend!

Cindy went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair exchange on our purchase. She helped make sure we got every dollar that was negotiated and has a very helpful network of people for making the process fast, easy, and efficient. We were able to find a home quickly, at a great rate, in a beautiful area. So grateful we had Cindy as our agent!

I couldn't recommend Cindy DeHart enough for anyone looking to navigate the real estate market. As first-time homebuyers, we were looking for a balance of professional guidance and expert negotiation skills, and she delivered on both counts. She provided clear communication throughout the entire process and navigated complex negotiations with ease. Beyond her technical skills, her ability to make her clients feel comfortable and confident is what sets her apart. She is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients' success.

Cindy Is the best agent we have used. She is very thorough. Catches things before they become bigger issues. Knows the ins and outs of properties and looks out for her clients. She is great at knowing the numbers involved in making a deal. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in our market.

Cindy supported us in our acquisition of a perfect property for our home and business. Always fast to respond and willing to continue facilitating the transition after we took over.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Cindy! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process and was always ready with helpful insights — especially when it came to understanding what truly adds value to a home. Cindy quickly understood what I was looking for, consistently presented great options, and clearly knows her stuff. On top of that, she’s a fun, kind, and genuinely supportive person to have by your side. I’m so grateful to have her in my corner!

She was very understanding, insightful and giving us the best advice at all times. Issues that came up, she was a lioness and went and took care of them, fast! At no point she was pushy, just taking care of business, no matter who we were or the value of our asset. Very professional indeed. We highly recommend her services. Thanks Cindy!
