Cindy Curran is fantastic - we highly recommend her!!!! We needed to move, but our house was a MESS! We had lived there for over 12 years with a messy dog and 4 children. We never had any money to make the house look nice since we looked at putting 4 kids through college. So there was no way the house would sell in it's condition. We were totally overwhelmed by the prospect of getting it ready to sell. I asked Cindy to do everything - just minimize the costs - and SHE DID IT. From the painting inside and out (including choosing the colors for each room), all new carpets, all hardwood floors refinished, window coverings, front steps redone, window coverings, to numerous repairs, Cindy managed it all. She got multiple bids for each task, and reviewed them with us, but she made it all happen. She even got us together with a person who helped us get rid of our excess stuff. Cindy staged the house with a subset of our furniture and pieces she had. The end result was that the house sold in two weeks at the right price!!!! She got us a lawyer to handle the escrow, and the sale is COMPLETE.
