We picked Cindy based on a posted client review. Those clients described how helpful Cindy was in getting their house ready for sale. Having lived in our house for 19 years, we had accumulated a lot of stuff. We had done some updates and remodeling, etc., but we were faced with a huge task of determining what we needed to do and how to do it, in getting our house ready for sale. After contact, we met Cindy, who was genuinely friendly, energetic, positive, and has a great sense of humor. She clearly described the process going forward, made some suggestions, and took us under her wing. She contacted someone for staging (also, very good), landscaper, cleaners, painters, carpet people; whatever was needed. We were in nearly constant contact as she shepherded us toward our goal. Cindy was very resourceful in sorting out some sticky points and always available no matter what time. The whole process was a bit of a blur, but I'm not sure we would have got through it in time without her. Cindy was not afraid to get her hands dirty. she helped clean before and after the sale, helped planting grass seed or whatever needed to be done before showing the house. An earlier reviewer commented that they felt Cindy could have been a better negotiator. We didn't find that to be the case. She held firm and we were very happy with her negotiating skills. The sale was a big success for us and I attribute much of that to Cindy. Most of all, though the process was very stressful, we had a some fun and some laughs. We were very happy with our choice of working with Cindy and highly recommend her.

Cindy is an amazing realtor! We recently closed on our house with Cindy as our buyer's agent after looking for over a year and she was patient, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. She has a very positive attitude and we always felt comfortable communicating with her.
