She exceeded expectations with her informal appraisal which exceeded expectations making asking for her representation all the more worthwhile. The buyer's agent was fairly inexperienced making Cindy's professionalism and seasoned experience invaluable. Admittedly, I needed my own hand-holding at times if not a bit of taming which she did adeptly. She made the sale...literally...happen. And at a premium. Of course I would ask for her services again.
