I have owned numerous homes in Coral Gables, Florida, then I inherited my mother's home when she passed at 97. I decided to make a number of improvements, including new landscaping for curb appeal purposes. Later, a number of structural issues surfaced due to a recommendation to me by Ms. Rhodes to hire an inspector to perform a "buyer's inspection" of the property to reveal any issues that a potential buyer's inspector might uncover. Since I live in Florida, Ms. Rhodes was able to provide great assistance in working with various contractors during the remediation process when I could not be present. This most valuable advice resulted in resolving the buyer's issues and resulted in an excellent sales price. Other Realtors I have used only showed up for their commission checks.
