Our selling process was sidelined early due to a lack of a final C.O.- this took time and some buyers don't have the patience to wait- Cindi was persistent and not deterred- then we lost a buyer during "due diligence" and then there were problems during the second inspection- but each time we moved forward- not to mention a hurricane that required closing extensions for the buyer- Cindi earned her money on this one!

I liked Cindi very much. She worked well with me. The bank for the other side was something else. They put off our closing twice and finally closed on the 3rd time. I would never use them again. Cindi was very professional and courteous throughout this while ordeal. She sold my house right away with the only hiccup was the closing date. She also asked me to price the house at 375,000 and then within two days she asked me to bring it down to 350,000. That is why I only gave her 4 stars. I would have liked a little more for the house. Her knowledge and communication skills were spot on. I would recommend her for any-one buying or selling a home.
