Cimberley, did an amazing job. We started this journey back in May of 2020. The housing market was crazy for those who were selling their homes!! At the time my credit was not in the best of shape nor my income was all the strong. After several attempts to try and find a home.. I didn't feel like I wanted to get house poor. so I took a break . After couple years, I paid off some debt, raised by Credit Score 100 points and my income jumped 20K I started the house hunt again. Frustrated with the interest rates of 7% i was discouraged. Fortunately, Cimberley positive attitude and never say never!!! She was able to find me a Brand New home at a great interest rate of 3.75% fixed. And they buyer paid closing costs. so my dream eventually came true to buy a Brand New house!!!!! Cimberley is an angel sent from above!!!!!
