Only bought a 5 acre lot in Blanca but still can be a headache. Actually wasn’t for this purchase. I know a lot had to do with the quality of communication ie prompt responses during negotiations. Agents can make the difference for sure. Had it done quick. Thanks Cimberley, you’re an all-star ⚾️

Cimberly was amazing. From day one when we reached out with some questions about a property to see if it was truly what it was advertised for she met us with kindness and openness. Answering simple questions without making us feel less than. When she wasn't sure of a question she would do her best to get the answer for us or point us in direction of answers if she didn't have it. When we mentioned wanting to wait to make a decision until we could see the land she went out of her way to drive to the property and send photos and videos to us, she even sent some others in case we may be interested. She was very funny, relatable, big energy, and so on top of things but without being pushy. She doesn't make you feel like you're trapped or lost when discussing things, she really tries to make sure you are on the same page and understanding what is happening, every step of the way. Cimberly, really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and like our decision was right for us. She even went another level when we inquired about another property that turned out it wasn't hers but she found the person in charge of the listing and got information for us and managed to take over it and sell it to us. She truly is next level realty. I can not recommend Cimberly enough. I just wish we could take her everywhere we move in the future as our personal realtor. Thank you so much for your efforts.
