The house was a shell in a sought after neighborhood that needed a complete rebuild, and Cielo went to work finding buyers that were looking for a project that wanted exactly that, a rebuildable project house with lots of potential in a great location. She worked tirelessly and was up front and honest about the realistic selling price that the house would bring in it’s current state.
