Ciara Martin

Ciara was amazing to work with from our first phone call, she set and kept a very fast paced timeline in getting my home photographed and listed which played a HUGE part in my home going under contract in just a few short hours... yes hours! She was on my side through the pricing process with her knowledge of the area setting a higher than I had expected list price and resulting in a higher than expected sales price!!! Ciara was readily available throughout the entire process and walked me through it with grace and ease! If you want a realtor that works for you and delivers on what she promises than look no further you have found her in Ciara!!! I highly recommend her.

Ciara was consistently on top of things and was not only a great realtor but also a great person and support system :)

Ciara, came into the situation of selling my home with a kaleidoscope of issues, joint ownership with my sibling, things that needed upgraded and improved etc. From the beginning she was upfront and honest with every aspect of the sale! Along the way I found myself in some emotional positions, that I know tried her patience but she remained professional and educated me throughout the process! Ciara also coordinated various folks to meet the needs of upgrades that were needed! To sum it up she is a rising star in this industry and does the extra to let you know she is working for you and that your best interest are protected! Me and my oldest sister will be contacting her soon for more work! Thank You Ciara you’re the best in my book!

I think Ciara is very professional and very delightful to work with! Any questions know or unknown she will help you! Always there with a smile!!

Ciara was amazing throughout the entire process. She knew we were on a time frame in buying our first home, but she still made sure we had the best deal possible. We’ve dealt with other realtors before here and she was definitely by far the best!!

It was great to work with Ciara. She’s knowledgeable about the market, though listens to her clients concerns and needs. A great young woman to work with!
