Ciara is amazing! She is the person you want on your side throughout the process of selling a home! From considering your options, to preparing to sell, to placing the home on the market, and all the way through the sell, Ciara will be open and honest with you and will guide you effectively. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and her ethics are impeccable. She'll even tell you not to sell if she feels you are not ready.

Ciara was on the ball with showings and open houses. Fell short on closing. Neglected to send all information to title company..She was other wise very perfessional. Thank you for your servicesVeronica

Absolutely superb. Here persistence and tenacity made ot possible for us to own our home!

Ciara and her team provided superior service and were helpful throughout every step of the process.

Ciara has been our realtor for our past two houses. I always recommend her to friends and family. She makes the buying process an exciting and low stress experience.

She is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. And I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime☺️

Ciara always went above and beyond to close the deal; this took over two years but she was diligent and I thank her!

Ciara was amazing. She was so confident and professional. We really appreciated how reassuring she was about any concerns we expressed. Ciara is very knowledgeable and well informed about all issues of real estate in the Gainesville area. We are returning after 26 years and she was able to answer all questions we had about growth and change in the area. We used BossHardt 27 years ago to sell our home here in Gainesville. We are lifelong customers! Thank you!!
