Best in the business
I had the opportunity to work with Chuck on selling my Mothers property in Rossmoor. He was truly one of the best in the business. He helped with a contractor who was reliable and reasonable who did wonderful work. He also helped with someone to work on selling some large items and cleaning out the unit, as well as staging. He always listened to my concerns and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the market. Based on his input and work, we sold the property for $50,000 over asking. I can't say enough good things about Chuck.
