I have grown up with real estate my entire life. My father started his own real estate company in Connecticut at the age of 20. Later when he moved to California in the 70's he opened a successful mortgage and escrow company in Santa Monica right on the corner of Pico and Santa Monica Blvd . My brother is a general contractor in North Carolina and my youngest brother was a financial real estate analyst for a large commercial real estate investment firm. My mother started selling homes with Forest E Olson back in the early 80's and went on to become one of their top producers allowing her to have a company paid apprentice every six months-lucky me got to be one of them. I tell people that I have to be excellent at my job because it is the only thing I know how to do. I am fortunate because I truly love what I do! My clients mean the world to me and I have made many wonderful friendships throughout the years. My clients' needs come first and I always put myself in their shoes when looking out for their best interests. Having been selling homes for over 35 years, I have gone through many real estate cycles and gained a wealth of knowledge. When asked by potential clients why they should choose me and what can I bring to the table I let them know that my experience is one of my strongest strengths in addition to my honesty, integrity and always being available. I understand the importance of being available for my clients at all times, buying or selling a home is one of the biggest life events one will go through in their lifetime.
I lived in Woodland Hills and began my career in the San Fernando Valley for the first 25 years and moved to Manhattan Beach where I have now lived for over 13 years. I intimately know both communities which have proven to be beneficial and insightful for my clients. Being a "baby boomer", I wanted to educate myself and became a Certified Senior Specialist. In addition, I work with many Veterans and am extremely happy that I can give something back to the men and woman who serve our country.
