When I first started looking for a home I was using a realtor who was trying to sell me anything out there she pretended she was there for my needs yet was only interested in a sale. I found Christy Ito shortly after my experience with my first realtor. I explained to Christy how my first home buying experience had been going. She was horrified at what I'd been through and said she was dedicated to finding me something that not only fit my needs and budget but something I honestly liked. Along the way I had dozens and dozens of questions which most first time buyers like myself do. She was able to answer them and help guide me throughout the whole process and make it simple for me. We had looked at about 15 houses before finding the house. She worked hand in hand with my lender and even explained questions that I should have been asking my lender. Even though buying a home can be nerve racking at times Christy made me feel comfortable and confident. She had various home inspectors and allowed me to choose but still had her recommendations and was very knowledgeable during the process. There were some repairs and concerns I had with the house and Christy was able to negotiate them for credits and helped me understand it all.
