About Christy

It's a daunting task to choose the right real estate agent. I know, I experienced this before becoming a Realtor in 2006. What seems even more daunting, is the process of selling or buying a home. That's where finding the right person, one that you know you can trust, is SO important! So, what is it that makes me different, or any better, than the hundreds of faces on this site? Let's start with telling you a little bit about me, before I became a Realtor. From a very young age, I was an athlete. A nationally ranked competitive figure skater. From this, I learned, that achievement comes from not only innate talent, but lots and lots of hard work, perseverance, and a winning attitude. From here, my first career was that of a professional figure skater, some teaching, lots of performing with ice shows and TV shows. Still lots and lots of hard work, perseverance and always a positive attitude. After performing on numerous TV shows, my next career flowed into studio work, costuming and designing for movies and TV shows. Still lots and lots of hard work, perseverance, and add to that, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, problem solving, helping producers and directors see their vision come to life.....all while still making sure the actors were happy and comfortable! THIS was a daunting task repeated for every show, for nearly 30 years! So how do all these experiences come into play as a Real Estate Professional? What does it take to work with sellers to get their home sold as quickly as possible for the most money? What does it take to help buyers find that home of their dreams, guide them through the often complicated transaction process? Lots and lots of hard work, perseverance, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, problem solving and making dreams come true! AND, add to that, working closely with you, my client, negotiating on your behalf, educating and navigating you through mountains of paperwork and disclosures, working with lenders, appraisers and inspectors......every step of the way!

Above and beyond our expectations!

Christy went far above and beyond our expectations when selling our rental property. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient and we were thrilled with the final outcome of the sale. Best Real Estate Sales person EVER!

Since my first dealings with a real estate agent in October of 1962, I've had numerous dealings with all manner of agents, from awful to exceptional. (3 office buildings and 10 homes from 1962 to 2023.) I consider Christy to be the most professional ever. Plus, she's smart, thorough, and gives you sound advice when you're on the fence.
