We began working with Christy when we began looking for a new home when we found her as a listing agent on a house we were interested in. The house sold before we could look at it, but we got the better half of the package, her as a realtor. We wanted a specific home, with specific features, in a specific area, and she absolutely delivered even with our very specific criteria. We love our new home! Throughout the process Christy sent us many homes to look at and continuously asked for feedback, making each new viewing closer to align with our wishlist. And when she found this home, we could tell that she listened to what we wanted. Christy was always available for us, by phone or text, working around our difficult schedules, and welcoming our child as part of the journey, even listening to him and making him feel heard and a part of the process. After moving into our new home, it was time to sell our old home, and she gave us step by step plans to sell and what the value of updates would be so we could decide what to implement. She came to the home several times to discuss ideas and progress , and staged the home to sell once completed. We talked through each step, so that we would continuously feel part of the process and our house had multiple competing offers after the open house and sold above asking price. Everything she offered, she delivered, but she also explained some of the potential issues that may arise, small and large, and when little things happened, we had already anticipated them. As someone who needs to have each detail explained to me and the comfort of having someone who cares about me and my family in my corner, Christy was the perfect fit. I never felt pressure to make any choice, but rather, she gave me the answers I was seeking and allowed me to trust in her expertise. She is attentive, patient, effective, and overall easy and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Christy Dodds for the purchase or sale of your home.

Christy Dodds and her partner, David Willemain, made first-time home buying a breeze! They were extremely helpful, quickly responding to all of our questions any time day or night, even on weekends. They made the home inspection process simple while we were out of the country, allowing us to focus on our vacation and not get swept up in the home-buying stresses.
