top to bottom. Starting at age 16, he worked for a building supply company. That evolved into
management and overseeing every aspect of the construction process, from reading plans,
building, to final walk thru for thousands of homes. He has also been involved in personally
purchasing, subdividing and selling his own properties. Working for a Berkshire Hathaway
Company for nine years, where he held positions of general and sales manager, brings unparalleled
knowledge and experience to the negotiating table. Part of his job involved managing
mergers, acquisitions, leasing, managing large budgets, sales teams and complete commercial
build-outs. Once he acquired his Real Estate license in Florida he worked for three large
brokerage companies. But one aspect or another just fell short of the outcome he expected
when compared to his background and experience. This lead Snyder to seek out a like-minded
partner, Henry Aleman, to open up a Real Estate Brokerage here in Broward County, Florida
called Premier Associates Realty. The vision was to create an ongoing positive trustworthy
