Brent (Christopher) did a great job listening to exactly what we were looking for in a home and helping us narrow down our search. Within a month, he had us viewing our dream home that checked off every box on both me and my husband’s list and we were able to get our offer accepted. He did such a great job listing our old home too, that it had multiple offers and sold within 45 days of listing it. He was responsive and transparent and i would highly recommended him as an agent.

Chris showed us many places, while we were on vacation. Our previous experience with realtors is they are the for the quick sale, not Chris. After we were home, he vidioed and appraised several places we found, showing good and bad points, not trying to push us just for the sale. We bought without ever seeing the condo via his vidio and comments. We have a large dog and 2 cats, so finding the correct place was not always easy. Thanks Chris Rich & Pat
