As newlyweds, we were finally ready to look for a home, but the housing market in Central Florida has skyrocketed and homes were pricier and way more competitive than we've ever seen before. Chris worked with us for months and had good recommendations for a mortgage officer, house inspector and anything else we needed to find our dream home. When we were ready to finally buy a house, we were in what is likely the toughest buyer's market Central Florida has ever experienced, and so it took a ton of work, research and negotiation to finally find the right one for the right price. Thankfully, Chris was always available to answer questions, look up properties, schedule tours of homes and work on offers.
