Chris was extremely responsive to my questions. We toured lots of houses. Not once did he make me feel like I was taking too long, was too picky, or had too many questions. He has extensive knowledge of construction practices, common home issues, and things to look for in the basement. This knowledge was very helpful when looking at houses to understand the condition of the property. He was respectful of my budget and didn't try to get me into houses outside of my range. I have worked with other real estate professionals over the last 20 years and Chris is the only one I would recommend without any reservations.

I have purchased 2 houses and used 4 difference agents. Chris has surpassed all expectations by far. I was selling this house while living out of state which was difficult to start with.
