When it came time to start the home buying process, Ryan Shirley connected us to Chris since he was local to the Columbus area. Chris is excellent and I highly recommend. He is very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions during the home buying process. He worked closely with our lender to make sure the process was seamless. He was always willing to get private showings booked quickly on the houses we loved. When it came time to close, Chris even took the time to come join us at closing to congratulate us. We listed the house on a Monday. Chris told me that we would be in contract by Wednesday. Although I admired his confidence and ambition, I had some serious doubts. By Wednesday afternoon all my doubts were erased and we were in contract!!! The closing got scheduled and everything went smooth as butter! We actually sold the property above asking price.
