I wanted to take some time to express our gratitude and appreciation to Chris for his help and assistance in purchasing our new home.  Chris went out of his way to insure that we were able to view the home with one of his associates while he was away on vacation.  Even with the spotty cell service in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, he was able to respond and arrange for a tour of the house.  He was also helpful in providing advice on submitting an offer and navigating us through the process of handling competing offers.  His advice and recommendation of getting pre approved with his best mortgage rep also helped seal the deal on securing the home.
