About Christopher

My motto in real estate has always been “Providing Solutions and Delivering Dreams." I have lived and worked in South Florida for the past 36 years working for and starting multiple companies, most of which real estate related. Following 2 decades in "corporate" real estate, and after the real estate "bust" of 2008, I became a real estate investor, “flipping,” then owning residential properties as a landlord. In 2012, I decided to get my real estate license and began helping others to become home owners and investors themselves. For the past 11 years I have been leading my “South Florida Real Estate Safari” to help others find and obtain their biggest and best deals! "I’m a proud “Hoosier,” born in Indianapolis, Indiana, raised in the small suburb of Speedway, home of the world famous Indianapolis 500. I attended Indiana University, Bloomington, 1982, graduating from the Kelly School of Business, with a double major in Marketing/Management. Post graduation from IU, I researched the Walt Disney Co., and moved to Orlando, FL. Starting in Disney World’s Resort Division (my first real estate experience) I advanced through a progression of jobs and responsibilities in their Telecommunications division over the next 5 years. 1984: Disney purchased ARVIDA, a developer & owner of the Boca Raton Hotel among other residential & commercial properties. My Disney job duties frequently had me traveling to Boca and in 1988 I left Disney to take a position with a Boca Raton based firm specializing in hotel/resort telecommunications. 1994: I joined a start-up real estate software company to lead their marketing & sales group, and after ten years I rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
