Chris is a knowledgeable RE Advisor
Chris did an outstanding job with getting our house sold. He was always engaged and kept me up to date on everything. He helped us with ensuring the house was in the best condition before it was listed. He effectively put the word out that our house was going to be listing which resulting in what seemed like endless showings to people who wanted to see the house. By the end of the 2nd day of it being listed, we had so many offers that we had to stop showings just to keep up and review the offers we had received. Chris went over the offers throughly with us and broke down the pros and cons of each offer. I highly, highly recommend Chris as a real estate and promise you will not be disappointed.
