Chris Kuchnicki is a native of the D.C. area. Born in Falls Church, Virginia, his family’s ties to the region trace back to the Great Depression when his grandmother arrived as a young girl from Birmingham, Alabama. Determined to provide the best life for his family, her father worked tirelessly as a blacksmith at the Navy Yard and humbly dug graves at night for extra income. Chris honors his legacy today through his hard work, compassion and investment to the region. And this is evident through his achievements… In his first year as a real estate professional, Chris sold nearly $1 million in production. In his second year, he was selected as Rookie of the Year by Long & Foster/Christie's International Real Estate for their Northern Virginia region and in his first sales office, selling nearly $5 million in production that year! Since that time, Chris has rapidly expanded his business, quickly securing lucrative deals across the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia for a range of highly competitive listings, including waterfront properties, premium city condominiums and picturesque suburban homes. Today, he is a member of the Logan Circle office along with his team, Chris K & Associates. Before becoming an agent in 2016, Chris traveled the globe as a flight attendant, where he developed his first-class client service skills and mastered the art of negotiation unionizing with his fellow flying partners. Chris’s unprecedented knowledge of the area is an asset to his clients, as is his passion for architecture and keen eye for detail. Chris commits to learning and understanding the goals of his clients and accommodates all of his buyer and sellers’ needs through both Long & Foster's and his own personal connections with professional service providers, including stagers, designers, inspectors, painters, photographers, videographers and handypersons. In his spare time, Chris enjoys singing, weightlifting, running and all things healthy living. He also sings and performs as a member of the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, DC. Moving is a transformative experience. Having lost over 100 pounds, Chris knows first-hand that any transformation requires a strong support system, and he is dedicated to helping others actualize their goals and turn their dream to reality.

Best sales team we have ever worked with.

Chris and team were recommended by our home purchase agent in North Carolina, after a quick review on line we contacted Chris, and immediately the process started. The Team walked through our home and pointed out what needed attention, recommended depth of cleaning and yard care. The house was large for 2 people, with careers and outside commitments. Chris provided contacts and companies we needed to help us prepare for the sale. The contractors and companies Chris works with are all of the same caliber, which I would work with any of them again. Anytime we had a question or concern Chris was available and answered immediately. Our property was listed on Thursday, an open house 2 day later and an over asking offer, Monday. Chris and team are the top! We would recommend them to any buyer or seller in the DC area. Can't go wrong with Chris and his team!
