Chris' knowledge of what we wanted in a condominium and his knowledge of the local market brought us to literally buy the house of our dreams. His personality and humor made us at ease during a very stressful time. We felt we were dealing with a friend which allowed us to never be hesitant to call or text him when we had even the smallest of concerns. He always responded in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to let us into the house so we could take some measurements and plan for our move in. Even now, a month after closing, we sometimes text him to just keep in touch during this pandemic. Speaking of the covid crisis - this sale took place during the start of social distancing and that made it harder for everyone, lawyers included - Chris always kept us calm through that trying time and was always positive.
