Chris' knowledge of what we wanted in a condominium and his knowledge of the local market brought us to literally buy the house of our dreams. His personality and humor made us at ease during a very stressful time. We felt we were dealing with a friend which allowed us to never be hesitant to call or text him when we had even the smallest of concerns. He always responded in a timely manner.
