Excellent does not say enough about my realty experience with Chris. From the first time I met him until the time that we closed on both houses. Chris took me through the process of finding a condo buying a condo and selling my home with absolute intelligence, kindness, and so much good information no matter what I ask at no matter what time, he was right there. When we were getting ready to put my house on the market, he and his wife and son help me stage it, and spent so much time doing this for me I was completely overwhelmed by their integrity and their skill and because of their knowledge of how to sell my home and their skills in preparation, my home sold rapidly with no problems. My condo was completed early so the selling of my home and moving into my condo were simultaneous, which made it so easy The closing on both homes was smooth as silk. And I owe this all to Chris I would not only recommend Chris but I will be singing his praises for years to come I can’t begin to thank him enough

There are not enough good things we can say about working with Chris and his team! The selling experience was made much easier and less stressful thanks to Chris' hard work. His vast real estate experience was helpful as we navigated the selling market- he was ready to discuss any question we had and gave us great advice along the way. Chris was excellent with communication and helped us know what to expect during out first home sale and willing to discuss and work through any concern. Chris has an excellent team around him and we appreciated all the hard work from Andy- who went above and beyond to get the word out about our open house. I would highly recommend working with Chris!
