He will steer you in the right direction and help you the best he can if your property needs certain fixes to get the best results and present options for your budget as well. Chris was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We certainly made him work, as we saw many properties in several surrounding towns (over the course of a couple months) before finally finding the property we now own. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicative...responding even in the odd hours we find ourselves looking at properties on our phones. He was also knowledgeable about the home's infrastructure, often pointing out things we might not have seen otherwise. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty, leading the way into each basement and attic we looked at.
