Christopher is very knowledgeable in the market. He is professional and trustworthy. He will steer you in the right direction and help you the best he can if your property needs certain fixes to get the best results and present options for your budget as well. He is a good guy and I would work with him again!
Chris was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We certainly made him work, as we saw many properties in several surrounding towns (over the course of a couple months) before finally finding the property we now own. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicative...responding even in the odd hours we find ourselves looking at properties on our phones. He was also knowledgeable about the home's infrastructure, often pointing out things we might not have seen otherwise. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty, leading the way into each basement and attic we looked at. I'd wholeheartedly recommend working with Chris, particularly if you've felt like other agents weren't as invested in your search as you hoped. 5 Stars.
Chris is very knowledgeable about the field of real estate. If there are questions he is willing to take the time to find the answer and present it in a manner that is easily understood. In short he cares about his customers and ensures they are comfortable throughout the sales process.
