Chris is awesome! He managed to make it so my fiance and I did as little work as possible when it came to purchasing our house, he kept us updated even when dealing with sometimes very little information in frustrating situations. He's personable, kind and just wants to make sure you get your dream home. And if you're a younger person looking to purchase your first house seriously look no further. We can't speak highly enough about him as young first time home buyers ourselves.

He stayed in touch without being annoying while my wife and I sorted out what we wanted to do with our condo. When we were ready to sell, he was quickly on the job, and the sale process was underway in days with two promising offers within a week. We selected the one that closed quickly as it was a cash deal. That required effort with an accelerated schedule and the fact that we are a 4.5 hour drive away.

Chris contacted us during our initial phase of "looking". There was never any pressure, he was never pushy, he just answered questions and let us know that he would be there when we needed him. Boy, that was an absolute understatement! We then moved forward with our move. We were moving from Oregon and this was a huge process for us. Chris, from day one, made us feel welcome and comfortable with our decision to select him as our agent. He was incredibly helpful during the home selection process. Then it came time to make an offer! Chris was so thorough, and thought of so many details to ensure it was the best scenario for us. Chris didn't stop there. He maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process. This process was full of hiccups from our sale in Oregon which brought so many additional challenges to Chris. Like a boss, he never wavered, he comforted us during the stress, he did everything he could to ensure the areas he had control of went as smooth as possible. He was outstanding. We got our house and it was time to move. Chris welcomed us to Arizona, to our new home, and he followed up during our transition to help with anything we needed. This man was a blessing during a stressful process (none of the stress was from Chris, it was all from our Oregon sale). And he did help with anything we needed! To say I would recommend Chris is an understatement. He was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are grateful! He is hard working, tireless, thorough, kind, incredibly intelligent, and best of all a good person. I wish Chris could have been our agent in Oregon. He will be our agent from now on and the person we recommend to any of our friends.

Chris served us very well. I had friend who referred me to a realtor who’d been in the business for over a decade. But my wife and I called Chris from one of his For Sale signs at a house we wanted to check out. Honestly, we didn’t intend to work with Chris for long but he kept over-delivering. The ultimate example of this was the day we got the keys, Chris came and helped us move in! I really can’t say enough about how helpful Chris was throughout the process of looking for a home and moving in!
