Because of the way he helped me close on the deal on my house in 2017, it was only right to use him again when I was ready to sell my home in 2025. He is the reason I knew home ownership was possible for me by convincing me to buy when I was only looking to rent. His hunch was right and I closed on an awesome home with an even better interest rate. He was very tactful and informative in the selling process just as he was in the buying process. He was honest and forthcoming with all pertinent information and assisted me with repairs to guarantee the sell and was always available for conversation. No matter what time I called and what questions I had he was polite and willing to answer whatever questions I had for him.
