I planned moving from NJ to Palm Springs and started looking in 2022 each time i came to visit. Chris and his associate Rebecca worked with me and over a the year period i saw more than 50 homes. Nothing fit. Chris then began e mailing available properties and through I could not see the homes for myself. The two of them became my eyes and they slatted kept them wide. Eventually they located a house for me unfortunately the inspection was not good and the sale fell through. Within two weeks they had found a house the checked all my boxes. When the closing on my house in NJ was delayed Chris did Eben possible to assuage the sellers here and got them to wait for me not once but twice. The closing in NJ was canceled and days changes and through our all Chris was a model of composure and professionalism. Since the sale which went smoothly on this end, Chris has gotten me c assistance in getting appropriate workmen. I was able to call him for all and any problems and believe me, I kept his phone busy. He always ammeter promptly AMF had a solution for every issue. Overall he did a great job with s very compacted sale after a prolonged search. He was excellent, caring and professional.
