We found Christopher thru Realtor.com, and based on his Recommendations as well as ALL the Credentials he has taken the time to earn, proved to me that he takes his job SERIOUSLY. This is our first time experiencing buying a home let alone searching for one and Christopher was MORE than patient with us throughout the entire process. Whether it be finding and making the time to look for a house, since my wife works a lot to answering any and all our newby questions (and boy do I mean ANY and ALL questions cause we had a lot), he took his time to answer and explain every step along the way. When I say he went above and beyond, I REALLY mean it. After Chris helped us buy our dream house (in this crazy market) it was time to sell our other property. The entire experience was incredibly streamlined. His photographer came out and took gorgeous professional photos. Property viewings were scheduled online and we could see immediately when a new showing was scheduled. Over the course of a three day weekend there were dozens of showings and numerous offers all above listing price. We initially accepted a cash offer but when the buyer backed out Chris quickly contacted the next highest bidder and we opened escrow immediately. Chris was referred to us by family who used his services to sell their home. They couldn’t say enough good things about him so we asked him to help us find a home when we started getting serious about looking. We found a beautiful brand new listing one morning and by that same afternoon we toured the house and submitted our offer.
