We met Chris in 2014 when he found us an investment property to purchase and rent out until we retired back in CA., (We lived in Colorado at that time). After retiring and moving back to CA My wife didn't want to sell our totally rehabbed condo until we could get a certain price. I thought it would take 2-3 yrs before we could get our price. We found Christopher thru Realtor.com, and based on his Recommendations as well as ALL the Credentials he has taken the time to earn, proved to me that he takes his job SERIOUSLY. This is our first time experiencing buying a home let alone searching for one and Christopher was MORE than patient with us throughout the entire process. Whether it be finding and making the time to look for a house, since my wife works a lot to answering any and all our newby questions (and boy do I mean ANY and ALL questions cause we had a lot), he took his time to answer and explain every step along the way. When I say he went above and beyond, I REALLY mean it. Once we found our home (new construction), he conducted that next steps of the process as if it was his home he was buying and making sure every step that followed was on par and on time. He would take the time IF NEED BE to follow up with the new builder agent and our loan officer. He even asked if we would like for him to come along on the walk-thru (something I never expected) to make sure everything was working properly or anything needed to be fixed or done better. So glad he did cause he found things I sure would have missed or not even look or think about as a first time home buyer. After Chris helped us buy our dream house (in this crazy market) it was time to sell our other property. The entire experience was incredibly streamlined. His photographer came out and took gorgeous professional photos. Property viewings were scheduled online and we could see immediately when a new showing was scheduled. Over the course of a three day weekend there were dozens of showings and numerous offers all above listing price. We initially accepted a cash offer but when the buyer backed out Chris quickly contacted the next highest bidder and we opened escrow immediately. We hardly lost any time in that transition and avoided having to pay two mortgages. We ended up getting SO MUCH MORE money than we ever expected on our property. We were incredibly lucky to work with Chris. He kept us updated and informed every step of the way. We have already recommended him to our friends and family.

Chris was referred to us by family who used his services to sell their home. They couldn’t say enough good things about him so we asked him to help us find a home when we started getting serious about looking. We found a beautiful brand new listing one morning and by that same afternoon we toured the house and submitted our offer. There were multiple offers on the table and unfortunately we were not considered as part of the “counter” group. That didn’t sit well with Chris. He pushed the listing agent to have the seller consider us and counseled us on how to set our offer apart from the rest. The next day we got word that our offer was accepted! Not only did he work with us to get the home, he worked closely with our lender to ensure the process moved smoothly to allow us to close escrow on schedule, often providing us with lender updates before they did. We are loving our new home and know the only reason we were able to get it is because Chris went to bat for us. He is personable, professional, and very very prompt!
