Chris is the most helpful real estate agent I have ever worked with. He helped me solve many problems that I should have solved myself when preparing my property for sale. The occupants of my property were struggling to vacate, he personally advised them on how to remove their belongings in the most efficient and least costly way. When they ran into problems he suggested solutions. Chris also continually kept me advised of the status of the occupants move from the property. Overall, Chris was active above and beyond his required duties that resulted in a sale price much higher than expected.

We just happened on Chris while looking at a model home for sale. Thru discussion, he suggested another home that was more affordable to us and even larger. Chris is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered questions we had quickly and kept us informed each step of the home-buying process. When the sellers couldn't meet the deadline for moving all their things out, Chris was there helping them for two days loading their truck and moving things to their storage unit. He'll do whatever it takes to keep his clients happy.

After failing to sell our home with another listing agent my wife and i went out in search of an agent who could tell us the truth and not just what we wanted to hear. Chris actually suggested a slightly higher price and a few very minor changes to our furniture layout. A few days later and prior to listing Chris called and stated that he thought he might have a buyer. One showing and 30 days later our house has closed escrow and Chris was here to help us organize the move. He even used his personal truck to help. In the short period of time I have witnessed Chris sell and close multiple deals, volunteer to help several senior citizens and veteran organizations.
