Chris is a wonderful man
Chris is a wonderful man. This has been the most difficult closing I have ever been through. Chris and Jessica have been there for everything we asked of them. There a million real estate agents and companies. Most of them can handle the easy, no problem closings. Few can handle a closing like ours and the many obstacles that almost prevented us from closing. Chris' experience as a broker and an appraiser in his former life helped us more than anything.
