Chris Audish is professional, resourceful, and very patient. We didn’t know much about Real Estate when we started our search but by the end of it, Chris had taught us everything we needed to know and made it easy to understand. Chris was also a strong negotiator with the sellers of our home, helping us get the best deal possible while beating out other offers. I will absolutely be using Chris again when I’m ready to sell my home or buy another.

There is for sure far too many positive things to say about the experience I recently had with Christopher as our selling agent to say in this review. Christopher recently helped my wife and I sell our home in Orange County so we could move into our dream home back in my hometown. This would be my first time as a seller, and I think it is fair to say that in general everything 'real estate' stresses me out quite a bit. Christopher however takes all of that away. Not only is he a pleasure to work with, his communication is prompt, his professionalism is top tier, but in my opinion most importantly, he is extremely intelligent which gives you piece of mind that he is executing your sale/purchase with thoughtful strategy to get you your highest value. Christopher comes with my highest regard both as a human and of course as an agent and would simply say to anyone reading this and seeking representation that you need not look further as Christopher is your guy.
