I decided to sell my house in March of 2022. My challenge was that I was downsizing due to retirement. My plan was to clean up the house from 20+ years of accumulated stuff and then invite the real estate agents to get proposals. Unfortunately, as fate had planned, I was not able to do that due to a sudden illness of a family member living overseas. First time buyer. We were able to provide a list of wants, needs, must-haves, etc and Christine was able to do TWO important things: get us MOST of them and politely but directly advise us that based on our budget we needed to move certain items from 'must-have' to 'down the road wants'. She was always professional and fought for us in negotiations when asking prices were unreasonable and/or when sellers overplayed the conditions of the homes.
