Please take her advice as well, we had her sell our parents house too that sat on the market with no interest. she gave them some quick tips to sell not only did she sell their house first weekend as well but once again over asking just like she did for us! We met Christine at an open house for one of her listings. After spending some time talking with her and falling in love with the house (which was above our budget,) my husband Dan and I left to look at other houses. We must have looked at 5 or 6 other houses and finally went home. The next morning, we were discussing all the houses we looked at and kept going back to talking about Christine's house.
