Christine was referred to us from family members, and with us being so young (22years old) buying a house we were wary and Naïve on the process of owning a home! Christine did an amazing job handling all of our home selling needs, especially when all of out interactions were over video and phone conferencing and texting; we moved out of California to other side of the country. Our experience began with Christine sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Covid 19 market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal, location, ours son disability ), Christine provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Christine spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Christine’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, Christine was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Christine again to both sell our home and find a new one.

I met Christine when I happen to walk into an open house she was showing. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for, I explained I had dealt with a few different realtors but I was not having very good luck with any of them understanding my needs. Christine explained how she and her firm were different. When she asked if I would be willing to leave my contact info so we could meet I was hesitant. Where to start, I have had two experiences with Christine and they have both been top notch. She helped me buy my first home in 2017 and sell my first home in 2019. On both occasions she was nothing short of amazing in helping me navigate the real estate waters and answer any questions I had along the way. I am not sure where to start because I have so many great things to say about Christine. Lets just start by saying I told her in the beginning she would not like us when we were done. We had a very specific list of what we wanted, we were very picky. She helped us navigate through it all, she was very good at finding just what we wanted. She was extremely patient and only wanted what was best for us. I would recommend her to everyone trying to buy or sell their home. She helped make our dreams come true in October and every morning I wake up here I am thankful for that.

She looked into other home's in the area and went over them to come up with an asking price. Then she staged our home and WOW it looked great. The first Open House was very busy due to her marketing the home before and we received 12 offers. We received 20,000.00 over what we were asking!!! Home closed within 30 day's Start to finish Christine was professional very easy to work with, and made everything so simple for us.
