So Christine actually got us above asking price for our house/condo she sold in Agawam Massachusetts. I’d absolutely recommend her I’ve worked with a couple real estate agents who just don’t compare to her and her professionalism. I never actually met her because I work full-time and had another project going on. Through it all she was absolutely positively that branch an arm that I needed when I flip houses and work a full-time job.

Christine was incredibly helpful navigating the first time home-buying process for us, and in particular, for an area we knew very little about. Within only a few hours of knowing us, Christine was able to give us very very accurate recommendations on areas we would like and houses which we would like, which was great for us as we were currently living several hours away and spared us a few unnecessary trips. Once we found the house we wanted, Christine made the entire process extremely easy - her inside knowledge of the area and her relationships with the realtors in the area are definitely helpful when it comes to gaining some inside leverage on the offer process, and once we had closed the deal all we really needed to do was show up with a check in hand and Christine took care of all the rest!
