She negotiated each offer with the selling agents; while offering superlative advice to my husband and me. Within 7 days of my initial phone call to Christine, our condo was marketed and under contract. Sometimes people come into our lives at just the right moment. Christine came into my life during a difficult time. She helped me to pause, to breathe and took one less worry away. Her simple acts of loving kindness and support were immeasurable. Christine was instrumental in finding my new home. She was always there for me when needed. You feel as if you are the most important customer - which to her you are! Christine went above and beyond my expectations using her vast knowledge, experience, and her caring nature. Many times she took care of details for me which I am thankful for. I was very particular in what I wanted and she took the time to understand me and my needs. She was comfortable in telling me - in a compassionate way - if something wasn't right for me. I am immensely grateful for that. It was a very stressful time and she was supportive and gracious through it all. This was my 5th house purchase and I wish I had found her sooner. She is the best!

Christine organized the sale of our home from start to finish. Could not have done it without her help as we live out of state, and we had no doubt that she would take charge from beginning to end!
