Chrissy gave us great advice in what small improvements should be done before we showed the house, all of the comments from people who came to view our home all said it was priced correctly, and she made sure we were considering both peoples stories as well as their offers. When our first offer fell through, Chrissy quickly got more potential buyers into our home and we had a new offer within 24 hours. At the same busy time we found our forever home at the end of summer. Chrissy always made sure she or someone from her company were available for us to see the home. There were some problems with the home and Chrissy made sure that we were compensated for the deficiencies and fought on our behalf when the sellers considered dropping our offer for another when we requested to be compensated. There was so much she did for us behind the scenes that I didn’t even realize until we closed. We are so thankful to Chrissy for getting us into our new (forever) home! If for some reason we look for another home in our future we will definitely be using Christine Serafini!
