Christine is an amazing realtor, but also became a close friend and ally. No matter what issue came up, she was on it and got us through it. Christine kept us going and when we were ready to give up because we had lost out on several houses due to our offers not be accepted. Her emotional support during those times solidified that we made the right choice with her as our realtor. Her extensive knowledge of the market, as well as her mastery of determining the value of a home, allowed us to have a contract on the house we were selling before the for sale sign was in the ground. The other important skill Christine has is that she listens to her clients. We told her all of the things we wanted in our next home and she made sure any house we looked at had those items. From first home to forever home! Chrissy was an easy choice for an agent to sell our first home in a very busy time for us at the end of the summer. Chrissy gave us great advice in what small improvements should be done before we showed the house, all of the comments from people who came to view our home all said it was priced correctly, and she made sure we were considering both peoples stories as well as their offers. When our first offer fell through, Chrissy quickly got more potential buyers into our home and we had a new offer within 24 hours. At the same busy time we found our forever home at the end of summer. Chrissy always made sure she or someone from her company were available for us to see the home. There were some problems with the home and Chrissy made sure that we were compensated for the deficiencies and fought on our behalf when the sellers considered dropping our offer for another when we requested to be compensated. There was so much she did for us behind the scenes that I didn’t even realize until we closed. We are so thankful to Chrissy for getting us into our new (forever) home! If for some reason we look for another home in our future we will definitely be using Christine Serafini!
