Ms. Longo, our primary contact, led our sale with counsel, commitment, and energy to a contract in 24 days on a $745,000 home. --She did all she and Ms. Richardson promised and then some, always with a very pleasant, professional attitude. --All aspects of this team are world-class professional, from the initial inspection of our home to its market presentation--staging, photography. Two examples: They brought in a few pieces of furniture at no extra charge, and their photographer's work including the 360/virtual tour is the best we've ever seen. Listing, brochures, pics, everything. Five stars. Our expectations were very high; this team exceeded them.
