When my Mom decided to sell her condo and move closer to my sister we were at a loss for who to trust as our agent. Chrissy was referred to us, so we called to set up a meeting. She was prepared, friendly, and very patient. She made my Mom feel comfortable, which made life so much easier since I lived in a different state. I couldn't be there all the time and Chrissy was there whenever she was needed. She helped us prepare, and sold the condo very quickly. Recently, during the most difficult time in my life, after my spouses passing, I thought long and hard as to what I would do next, I called Chrissy and after an 8 year separation,, wet met, put the house on the market, three open houses and several offers, all due to Chrissy’s work ethic, it turned out to be a positive experience. Chrissy worked effortlessly on my behalf. Today, I am proud to have Chrissy in my life as a devoted friend. I applaud all of Chrissy’s efforts and I am indeed BLESSED to be a part of our continuing admiration for one another. Funny, Smart and attractive.

Not only was she efficient, professional and knowledgeable about the real estate industry but also thoughtful and helpful throughout the process and after. Her role as my guide and helper did not end with my sale but continued.

We have only praise for Chrissy's professionalism, communication skills and market knowledge. She was always prompt in returning calls/texts, and was very clear in her explanations of things we didn't understand about the process of our home sale. She made many recommendations for making our home more appealing to potential buyers and also worked seamlessly with our property management, attorneys and title company.
