My husband and I were first-time home owners, and we had a great experience purchasing our first home with Christine. We started out the home search process knowing practically nothing, so Christine spent an entire afternoon going through the home purchase process and driving us through various neighborhoods in Costa Mesa. We spent nearly every weekend together over the course of four months looking for houses. If Christine was unavailable to show us a house on a weekend due to one of her Open Houses, she made sure that an associate or her husband, Daniel, was available to show us the house. Christine is incredibly responsive and always responded to our texts/emails within hours, if not minutes. She was very honest and never pressured us to make an offer until we were certain of the house. We looked at many older homes, and Christine did a wonderful job pointing out areas that could be easily remodeled in the home, as well as pointing out potential problems or things to avoid. At one point, we were ready to put an offer on a home and she pointed out potential problems with the home that convinced us to pass on the house. This example showed us that she really cared about us finding the right home. We really trusted her opinion. When we finally found our home, she drafted the offer the same day and it was accepted the next day. Apart from being a great realtor, she is also a really easygoing and nice person - which helps when you see each other nearly every week! We would definitely recommend Christine.

Christine is a rock star of an agent. She is extremely knowledgeable of her markets in Orange County which enabled me as a client to find a house that is perfect for me. Christine is also up to speed on renovation specs, costs and design. Very impressive span of expertise and she had my back throughout the process with the seller.
