My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. We thought that any realtor could help us find a home, even if the market was hot. After many failed attempts we felt defeated. We called Christine per recommendation from a friend and it was the best decision. Within two days of showings she was able to find us a home that fit our budget, wants and needs. She was so knowledgeable with what to do to help us stand out amongst all the other candidates. She knows every little detail about escrow and even has knowledge about appliance lines, pest control, plumbing, ANYTHING a first time home owner would have questions about. Christine is an amazing agent! As first-time home buyers the process seemed very intimidating, there were too many things that can go wrong. We felt the complete opposite with Christine, we toured homes in different areas and she was more than accommodating. At each house, she'd explain what to look out for, what could be a potential money pit, how the location could impact the value. She was very quick to respond outside of tours since we had a lot questions and worries. She is also a great resource for home maintenance and renovation ideas. We are happy to have found a home, but it's bittersweet as we always enjoyed the tours with Christine. We would highly recommend her if you are looking for home.
Christine was a consummate professional. I believe she is the best realtor in Southern California and our process reflected that. She met with my wife and I beforehand and gave us some great intel on the comparables in the neighborhood. After a lot of discussions with my wife and I, we decided to shoot our shot and go for the higher number. After taking impeccable photos for our home, finding us a short term rental, and listing the home, Christine had an offer accepted over asking within TWO DAYS OF LISTING! We cannot thank Christine enough. Not only did we work with a complete pro, we feel like we have a real estate agent for life.
Five stars is not enough to adequately describe how great Christine was to work with! We needed our home listed on a very quick turnaround, and Christine managed to get everything done, including professional photos and staging, within two days. The pictures and staging looked amazing, and I'm convinced we would not have had nearly as successful a result without these efforts. On top of that, Christine helped us navigate an incredibly complicated sale process that included multiple offers and counteroffers, appraisal appeals, and closing during the COVID-19 shutdown. Our outcome was better than we ever could have imagined, and that's almost entirely due to Christine. You absolutely will not go wrong choosing Christine as your agent!
It's impossible to fit my appreciation for Christine into this review, but for your sake (and hers), I'm going to try. TL;DR: Christine and her team are total professionals and outstanding people; they will do right by you, getting you the best information and being an invaluable partner in whatever real estate transaction you are a part of. I had a very difficult, bespoke home with a highly personalized floorplan, and I wanted top-dollar (almost record setting in my neighborhood) for it. I thought Christine and Michelle were helpful before the house went on the market, going the extra mile in helping me prepare the home for sale.... but they really showed up during the sale. I was living out of the country, but their outstanding communication and timely updates made me feel like I was right there with them. Working through the 8+ timezone difference, they were so helpful, I couldn't have asked for anything more. In addition, we faced a challenging sale with an aggressive realtor on the other side of the table.... and a picky tenant living in the home. I really can't go in to all the details, but please believe me when I say I couldn't have done this without them. Christine and her army of loyal escrow agents, brokers, contractors, etc. are the best you can ask for if you are selling your home. Don't hesitate to put your trust with them.
