I am young single, female first time home buyer and Chris walked me through every step the first time I met her, which was very informative and helpful for someone new to this experience. Also every place we looked at, Chris had done her homework on not only the house and its history of what it looked like prior to remodels but also what was going on in the neighborhood in terms of previous sales to compare to. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable experience and will strongly recommend her to my friends when buying their first homes
