The above rating cannot really depict what you will receive when using Christine. Her attention to detail and communication is above any customer service I have received. She knows how to handle all aspects for the sale of a property. Both my properties were rentals and she was able to deal with tenants and other agents. Her communication to me and recommendations worked out in both sales.

When it came to shopping for a house, she scouted out the houses I was interested in and created detailed video walkthroughs since I couldn’t fly out to see them in person. When several buyers were interested in the property I finally chose, Chris worked with me to submit a strong offer that got me the house. Chris also has many contacts/resources in the area and set me up with a terrific property manager to look after the house until I moved in. Long distance moves are tough, and the added complications in my case left me feeling pretty stressed at times. Chris always responded promptly to my questions and had good advice to keep things on track. I’m so glad she was there through the process, and I highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling in Rochester!
Chris was an absolutely fantastic real estate agent! She was extremely knowledgable about the local neighborhoods and was very interested in our specific interests. She helped us find the perfect home quickly and seamlessly. She guided us through the entire process from setting up viewing times, coordinating open houses, preparing an offer, and formally closing on our house.
